Delete your data
Last updated 5 October 2026
Steady has no routine-tracking account. Local records, exported backups, and purchase-service records are removed in different ways.
Deleting data does not cancel Pro. Cancel renewal through your Apple or Google subscription settings if you also want to stop the subscription.
Remove records from your device
- Android: use your phone's app settings to clear Steady's storage/data, or uninstall Steady. Menu names vary by phone.
- iPhone or iPad: choose Delete App for Steady. Offload App can retain documents and data, so use deletion if you want to remove local app records.
- Browser preview: clear the browser's stored data for the Steady preview site.
These actions remove the local routine, including its recovery copy, when the operating system clears app storage. We cannot remotely remove tracking files that are only on your device.
Delete any exported JSON backups and copies you shared separately. Your operating system or selected cloud provider can retain its own backups; manage those through that provider's controls.
Request purchase or support-data deletion
Email support@aitomationops.com with the subject Steady data deletion.
- Say whether you use Android, iOS, or the browser preview, and whether the request concerns purchase-service records, a support conversation, or both.
- In the installed app, open Settings and find Purchase customer ID in the support section. Select and copy the ID into your request. It is the RevenueCat App User ID, typically starting with
$RCAnonymousID:, and identifies the anonymous subscription record. - If no ID is shown, say so. A store order/transaction reference can help us investigate. Send only that reference and redact unrelated receipt information.
The ID is shown when the installed app can initialize its purchase service. An email address or the name saved in your routine alone may not identify an anonymous purchase record. Support can ask for an additional reference needed to locate and verify the request; we will explain if a record cannot be identified.
Do not send your store password, full card/bank details, or an entire routine backup for a purchase-data request.
Email a deletion requestWhat a request can remove
After identifying the relevant record, we can instruct deletion of applicable RevenueCat customer information and remove support information we control, subject to records needed for legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention or an unresolved dispute. We will explain any relevant limitation when responding.
Apple and Google control their own store transactions and account records. A Steady request does not delete those records or cancel a subscription. Continuing or restoring an active subscription can create new verification records.
We keep information only as needed for the stated processing and related obligations. For more information, see the privacy policy.
