Privacy policy

This policy covers Steady: Gym & Habit Tracker and its support pages. Your routine is saved locally. Subscription verification and support involve the services described below.

Who operates Steady

Steady is provided by Deivis Lapienis. For privacy questions or requests, email support@aitomationops.com.

Your tracking records

The app stores your optional name, gym check-ins and targets, supporting habits and schedules, habit values, focus sessions and timer, savings goals and contributions, bills and completion records, and settings on your device. Steady does not send these routine records to a Steady tracking server or to RevenueCat.

Local storage is not separately encrypted by Steady. Your operating system's device security and backup settings can affect how local files are protected, retained or restored.

Backups are optional, unencrypted JSON files. Exporting writes a local file and lets you choose where to save or share it. Importing reads the file you select. Any storage service or recipient you choose handles its copy under its own rules. We do not operate automatic cloud backup for your routine.

Demo records are sample data held in memory. Exiting the demo discards its changes and returns to your saved routine.

Subscriptions and RevenueCat

Steady uses RevenueCat and your app store to verify Pro access, retrieve available plans, process purchase and restore requests, and understand subscription revenue and membership history. When billing is configured in the installed app, RevenueCat initializes on launch, including for people using the free Gym area.

RevenueCat uses a randomly generated anonymous app-user identifier for this app. No Steady sign-in is required, and the optional name you enter for your routine is not sent to RevenueCat. The identifier is used alongside purchase records to determine membership.

Subscription processing can include purchase history, store transaction references or receipts/purchase tokens, membership status, relevant timestamps, and basic technical context such as device/platform and operating-system information. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; Steady does not collect your full payment-card or bank details.

RevenueCat processes subscription information for app functionality and subscription analytics. We do not use a general behavioral-analytics or in-app advertising integration in Steady. This does not mean subscription records or service operational data are absent.

RevenueCat can process end-user information on our behalf outside your country. Its privacy information and data-processing information explain its services and safeguards. Apple and Google also handle store information under their own privacy policies.

Reminders, sound and permissions

Notification permission is requested when you explicitly save a reminder. Habit and bill reminders are scheduled locally on your phone. Notification text can contain the habit or bill name and may appear on the lock screen, depending on your phone settings.

You can turn optional sound effects and haptics on or off in Settings. Steady plays bundled sounds; it does not record your microphone. File import and export use the system document picker and share controls for the files you choose.

Steady does not connect to Health Connect, read body sensors, connect to your bank, or automatically move money. Health and money information entered into your routine remains part of the local records described above.

Support messages and these pages

If you email support, we receive your email address, the message, and any references or attachments you choose to include. We use them to answer your request, investigate a problem, or handle a privacy request. Send only the information needed; do not send passwords, full card details or an unnecessary copy of your routine backup.

These static support pages do not add advertising trackers or behavioral-analytics scripts. Hosting and email providers can process connection information and messages to deliver the website/email and maintain security. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy information.

Retention and your choices

Local records stay on your device until you remove them, replace them with a backup, or the device/browser removes app storage. Removing the app does not remove exported copies or every operating-system backup. You manage those separately.

Subscription information is kept as needed to verify access, handle purchases and support, and meet applicable accounting, dispute or legal requirements. Support messages are kept as needed to resolve the request and any related obligations. Apple and Google control the retention of their own store records.

You can request access, correction or deletion of information we process, and raise other applicable privacy rights, by contacting support. We may need information to identify the relevant record before acting. Because the subscription identifier is anonymous, an email address alone may not identify your RevenueCat record.

See Delete your data for local removal steps and purchase-data requests. You can also contact your applicable data-protection authority about privacy concerns. We will update this page when the app's data handling changes and show the revised date.
