Free Gym and Steady Pro

The free area includes gym attendance, weekly targets, basic progress charts and up to three supporting habits. No account is required for routine tracking.

One Pro subscription unlocks Focus sessions and timers, Money goals and reminders, unlimited supporting habits, longer comparisons, and monthly or yearly reports. Clearly labelled demo data lets you inspect these areas without buying and does not grant a membership to your saved routine.

Price, renewal and cancellation

No free trial is offered. The price, currency and billing period shown by your app store before purchase are the terms for your transaction. Regional pricing and applicable store taxes can affect the displayed amount.

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google store account. A subscription renews automatically until cancelled through that account's subscription settings. Cancel before the store's renewal deadline to avoid the next charge. Access continues for the remaining period confirmed by the store.

Removing the app, deleting tracking data or requesting privacy deletion does not cancel your subscription. Manage renewal in your store account. Refund requests are handled through the store's process.

Restore purchases checks for a membership associated with your store account. It does not import your local routine or guarantee that an Android purchase transfers to iOS, or vice versa. Steady has no cross-platform account linking.

When Pro expires, existing history remains available to view and export. Adding or changing Pro entries requires active access. Contact support if a store-confirmed active membership is not recognized.

Your records and backups

Training, habit, focus and manually entered money records are saved locally. Steady does not operate routine cloud sync. Keep an exported backup if you want a durable copy.

Backups are unencrypted JSON files. Choose where to save or share them and check the file before replacing your routine with an import. Deleting or reinstalling the app can remove local data. See the privacy policy and data-deletion page for details.

What Steady does

Steady records the information you enter and calculates progress from those records. Money entries are manual logs and reminders; marking a task done does not pay a bill. The app does not connect to a bank, hold funds, offer investment advice, calculate taxes or file returns.

Steady is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. For medical questions or treatment decisions, speak with a qualified clinician.

Reminders require notification permission and the phone's delivery settings. Review important payment and tax deadlines independently of an app reminder.

License and support

For the iOS app distributed through Apple's App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement is the app license. This link is for iOS; it is not presented as the Android license. These feature, subscription and privacy details do not replace Apple's standard license or remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.
